I have to say the dental services provided were great. Dr. Cabrera is a very good doctor. The sad thing is that the office staff will run you out of there. They always have a smile while they are pushing your treatment plan and financing down your throat. They will add additional services that you don't really need like a special toothbrush for $100 they lead you to think is a free. X-rays are expensive here, too. Go somewhere else for those if you need a panoramic (there's a place down the street that will do them for $25 instead of the $100 they charge). On more than one occasion the office called me to reschedule my appointments. From spending time in the office, it seems that they only do that to maximize the patients they can see but they will keep calling you to reschedule. On day they even called me 4 times for this--I had to ask them to stop calling me. They have also cancelled my appointments without notice. If you change your mind about going through with a service that you already paid for in advance (oh yeah, they make you pay in advance, too), they will first pretend like your joking and almost ignore that. Then when you ask for your money back or cancel the appointment they will tell you they are working on a refund, but they will send you a letter in the mail asking you why you don't want the service. Then when you call in to ask where your money is, they will tell you they were waiting to hear back from you about the letter (a couple weeks have passed at this point). They will basically push these services on you until they think they have pushed every button. It's a shame because like I said before, Dr. Cabrera is a really great dentist. If she ever cleans up her office, I will happily return.
This was the worst dental experience of my life!! They have a 22 year old male assistant that was so aggressive and confrontational with me that i left in tears and scared. He was not fired even though another assistant saw him get aggressive with me. She had to ask him to leave the room after he towered over me! If you want to get beat up by a male assistant then this is the place to go. UNBELIEVABLE!!
