I got a car title loan from Embassy loans as they were close to my house. Their rep provided good customer service. Their lending process was quick and easy.
My wife got pulled into taking a title loan and now, almost 2 yrs after that I am still having a hard time to pay off the loan she got. Dreadful customer service is making things worse. Incomplete info, disturbing and abrasive phonecalls and rude managers. I have had very scary experience with Manager who asked for money and threathened me with reposition.
I called them up first to get more details before I applied on line. I like what I heard as far as payments are concern. They have really good rates and great customer service.
I do not recommend ever asking for loans from Embassy Loans, cause they are acting like criminals!!!
